Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean, and spacious with excellent facilities. Located in a beautiful local area with shops, cafes, and pubs within walking distance. Tram station nearby for easy access to the city center. Great value for money.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and a good attention to detail. The location is well situated in the centre of old Gerresheim, surrounded by many typical restaurants in a lovely peaceful area. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the option of having three beds. The breakfast selection is satisfying, especially for meat lovers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely, the hotel was extremely clean, and the breakfast offered lots of choices. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport, with a subway stop just a few feet away. All-day passes for the subway can be purchased for only 3 Euros at check-in. The area around the hotel is cozy, with a selection of restaurants and supermarkets with long opening hours. Additionally, if you are arriving by car, make sure to reserve a parking space ahead of time for 8 Euros.

La ubicación cerca del centro y de todas las tiendas y restaurantes fue lo que más me gustó. Además, el hotel está cerca de la parada de autobús, lo que hace muy fácil moverse por esta ciudad. La limpieza en la habitación también fue excelente, todo estaba impecable. El desayuno fue delicioso, con una amplia selección de bebidas calientes y frías, y platos como bocadillos, sándwiches, croissants y platos con huevos revueltos y bacon. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento durante toda mi estancia, lo que hizo que me sintiera bienvenido.
